The Koi House with Pool

Very friendly hosts and lovely property, lots of nice attention to detail. Overall chill and easygoing atmosphere.

A very unpleasant and disappointing stay. When we arrived, we discovered multiple insects on the bed and what looked unmistakably like body hair of a highly unhygienic nature on the sheets and pillows. The bedding was yellowed and clearly unwashed. It felt as if the room had never been properly cleaned. We immediately tried to contact the host/hotel, but there was no response, and our call was even disconnected. The poor sanitary condition caused allergic reactions and made it impossible for us to sleep that night. This was one of the most disturbing accommodation experiences we have ever had.

We really loved the outdoor kitchen and the beautiful scenery.

The location was easy to find and beautiful.

We enjoyed everything.

The room was lovely, the house and view were beautiful!

The mattress was comfortable enough once you were in bed but needs to be thicker (taller) so that it is higher than the edge of the bed frame.

Cucina esterna. No frigo in camera. Stanza piccola. Guardaroba non pulito. Un solo paio di asciugamani per 5 giorni.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij The Koi House. De gastheer deed er werkelijk alles aan om ons zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Zelfs na de officiële check-outtijd om 10 uur mochten we nog de hele dag gebruikmaken van het zwembad, de keuken, fantastische buitendouche en mochten we de strandhanddoeken blijven gebruiken. In de (bad)kamer was overal aan gedacht: strandtas, badhanddoeken, make-up remover, zonnebrand, after sun… je kon het zo gek niet bedenken of het was aanwezig. Alles was brandschoon en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Het zwembad was heerlijk en ook buiten de accommodatie was alles goed geregeld. Leuke buitenkeuken met heerlijke bar om aan te eten. We mochten gebruikmaken van strandstoelen, parasols, snorkelspullen en meer. Het voelde echt alsof er nergens op bezuinigd werd en alles was er om ons verblijf perfect te maken. Brian is echt een toffe vent! The Koi House is een absolute aanrader.
