Brand New Luxury 3BR Apartment in Christchurch CBD

The location was fantastic

No carpark on site

The apartment was very well laid out very family friendly. There was a great lounge and kitchen area that we could all enjoy and then bedrooms with bathrooms upstairs.

There is no parking and we had hired a car. Also, The stairs were hard for my father who struggles with breathing.

The apartment provides convenient access to Riverview Market and is located in a serene environment. The apartments are newly constructed and comfortable.

I was not aware that the apartment and its bedrooms are only accessible by stairs, which poses a difficulty for us as seniors, especially given my husband's medical condition. I understand that I should have inquired about this before confirming the reservation. Furthermore, all restroom facilities are located on the upper level, with no restroom available on the lounge level. This apartment seems to be more suitable for younger individuals and may not be appropriate for children due to the staircase arrangement. Fortunately, our stay was only for two nights, as we were in transit from Wellington before our return flights.

Location was perfect

Door lock was half flat which made it hard to get into when we first arrived. No sink hole cover in the main bathroom.

- BEST LOCATION NEAR RIVER MARKET - ROOM SMALLER THAN EXPECTED BUT COMFLY AND WARM ENOUGH - walkable to nearby super market - there are free parking for night, weekend but only 5-6 spot alway full i can get it 1 night for 3 night sleep other need to go to public parking

- room have 3 floor 1st front door ,2nd living room , 3rd 3 bed room and 2 toilet , smaller than expected so if you travel with alot of BAG [normally if travel to NZ] it not suitable for adult and kid , older combine - wall not keep sound enough , so we can hear all sound from other 2 room when sleep - location from booking need to wait until last min before checkin

Well furnished, clean, nice rooms, spacious. Well located near food and shopping and activities eg museum/art gallery. A lot within walking distance. Traffic not overly busy

A lot of stairs if you have heavy luggage. No dedicated parking even though paid parking available nearby but a bit inconvenient. One of the sinks wasn’t draining well
