AUThe great things about this apartment was that it’s very close walking distance to the city centre, and the fancy bidet in the ensuite bathroom (the toilet seat was warmer than the rooms at night).
We were only in Christchurch for 2 nights but these things made a huge difference in our stay especially staying with a big group where Christchurch was our last stop after a long road trip. First, there’s NO space heaters in any of the bedrooms, there’s a unit in the living area, and on top of the stairs in the top level which heats the stairs and the hallway (pretty useless unless the guests are expected to keep the bedrooms open while asleep?) We had babies and elderly in our group and the rooms got cold especially in the middle of winter. The spare blankets in the rooms didn’t make a difference. And there was one small fan heater in the master room which was broken so it was useless. Second, we requested a cot for our baby at the time of booking, it wasn’t delivered until our 2nd night when I messaged the host that it wasn’t here and they couldn’t accomodate to drop it off on the 1st night, this was disappointing. I also asked in advance before our travel whether the cot needed linen, no response from host. The unresponsiveness was already off putting. We had to have people sleep on the sofa bed so the baby didn’t sleep on a dirty uncovered cot. Thankfully we had this option but the sofa bed had a dirty mattress with no spare linen provided, so we had to make do with whatever spare blankets were available in the storage. Not ideal. So bring your own linen if you’re thinking of staying here with a baby. I personally wouldn’t recommend it in the middle of winter unless they provide heaters in each room and spare linen. Third, the washer/dryer was great but unfortunately some water was leaking onto the tiles which caused a potential slip hazard. Fourth, the towels are small, thin and worn out, I would suggest the host replace these as soon as possible.
NZApartment is clean and well maintained

ZAThe modern, clean and spacious house.
The parking wasn’t easy and was expensive especially if you wanted to stay until 10 the next morning. The steps was a challenge with big heavy suitcases.
NZThe property is within walking distance to the city centre. It is close to a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. It is very clean and cosy.
The 2 long staircases may not be good for older people with walking issue. The filter of the heat pump on the 2/F could be cleaned better to improve airflow

NZThis apartment was exceptional ! Loved the facilities - had almost everything we could have ever wanted. I LOVE the heated toilet seats and the night lighting it offered !!!
Not a complaint - just 2 comments for feedback. I did buy some champagne flutes and left them for the cupboard as there were none and we didn't want to drink French Champagne out of wine glasses :-) I also personally believe given the AWESOME standard of these beautiful apartments in almost every way, that the bathroom towels could be upgraded to a softer larger product.
AUNice clean property and was in a good area other than having no parking.
No Parking! Got abused when we got there and started unloading the car. We wanted to get there slightly earlier like 30mins and they wanted to charge me more for that.
