Ausstattung der Zimmer ok.

Kein Personal vor Ort. Türöffnung läuft ausschliesslich über Smartphone. Am Tag meiner Ankunft war das gesamte Internet down. Tür ließ sich nicht öffnen. Man musste die Zentrale anrufen, weche einen Code für einen Schlüsselkasten genannt hat, in dem ein Generalschlüssel für das ganze Hotel und den Technikraum hing. Ich musste versprechen, ihn wieder in den Kasten zu hängen nach der Türöffnung. Bis 22 Uhr wäre man erreichbar, um bei weiteren Problemen zu helfen. Danach???
