Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean and quiet, very close to transportation and main sights. Very responsive to our requests and questions. Really good coffee shops and restaurants nearby. I recommend Fazar for coffee and breakfast.

The first impression was that it was more like a hostel but it was very nice once we got in our room. It would be good if there was a common room to sit in before check in.

The room airconditioner is noisy (Air flow)

The hotel is placed in the main town square. A shopping mall is 2 min away. There are good bus connections. The room was clean and quiet. It also had a very nice view over the town square.

There is nothing that I really dislike. I'll write here 2 aspects that surprised me a bit. Because of the kitchenette, I expected also a cooking stove. However, there was none - which was totally fine for me. The interaction with the hotel is on WhatsApp through an AI-agent. That is fine for simple interaction (e.g. what is the internet password?), but one cannot have a real conversation if the topic is slightly more complex. One more aspect here is that the talking style of the AI-agent was a bit off for me; however, I'm sure that it can be programmed to be more straightforward and less "funny" (e.g. no magician jokes or no joking at all). Overall, I think that it is fine to use the AI-agent, because of the speed and proximity of the answer, but it would also be nice to be able to speak to a human if the situation requires that.

Loved that there was a keyless entry, the interior was adorable, had a great view of the square, the luggage lockers came in handy

The instapix camera I rented was touch and go. I had to remove that batteries and a couple pics were damaged. I saw some Bob W locations offer a sauna, would’ve loooooved sauna time in Turku
