DEWir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden diese Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen. Das Apartment ist sehr schön renoviert, modern eingerichtet und vor allem ausgesprochen sauber. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend und bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen völlig unkompliziert, die Organisation war hervorragend und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Es waren ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden, eine Waschmaschine stand zur Verfügung und insgesamt war die Unterkunft sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch die Parksituation war positiv. Mit kurzer Suche findet man in der Umgebung normalerweise problemlos einen Parkplatz. Insgesamt überzeugt das Apartment durch seine Sauberkeit, die moderne Ausstattung, die gute Lage und die professionelle Organisation. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen.
Für die volle Punktzahl fehlen lediglich ein paar kleine Details. Der Heizkörper im Badezimmer war beschädigt und der Duschkopf könnte repariert oder ausgetauscht werden. Das sind keine gravierenden Mängel, aber Kleinigkeiten, die den Gesamteindruck noch verbessern würden.
ESA splendid apartment! Feels new, after a very nice renovation, with a fine taste of decoration. It has all the necessary facilities, both in the kitchen and in the sleeping rooms and living room. We enjoyed our stay.
The elevator to the apartment is old and a little dangerous since it is tiny and doesn't have an inner door. Be careful. There are two toilet rooms, but no windows, and the ventilation is not super. The communication with the owners/operators was very remote and cold, but I guess that this is the norm these days. It made it feel more like a hotel than a home.
UAДуже класна комплектація квартири, є абсолютно все необхідне і навіть більше. Дуже класне рішення з автоматичними ролетами і маркізами. Закрив і тих і не жарко.
До 2-3 години ночі ганяють мотики але це більше особливість самого міста, а не конкретно квартири. І якщо закрити ролету і включити кондиціонер, то вже не так і шумно.

ALVery helpful staff for any question we had. Spotless clean and very well- decorated apartment with all the necessary equipment, close to all amenities.
RSCleanliness was perfect. Accommodation contained everything we needed. Hosts are very well organized.
BGGreat apartment, very good location near the center. The apartment is very clean, with comfortable mattresses and a large terrace. The parking space is a great option for people traveling by car. We liked it very much and would visit it again.
The building is next to the street and it is noisy at night.
