L'appartamento è bello e spazioso, arredamento di buon gusto posizione poco distante dal centro storico
L'acqua non è potabile e sarebbe opportuno far trovare agli ospiti qualche litro d'acqua potabile, siamo arrivati tardi (comunque qualche minuto prima dell'orario al limite dell'accettazione) e abbiamo pagato per la tassa di soggiorno più del dovuto perché l'host non aveva il resto. Il check out era previsto per le 10 ma l'host ha suonato il citofono alle 9 e 55 e ha fatto una grande pressione per farci uscire, il parcheggio non è davanti casa quindi trascinare fuori i bagagli metterli in macchina è stato faticoso. Assoluta mancanza di garbo da parte dello staff

Lovely hosts.
We took a taxi (SMS Taxi Ferrara) to the airport and the driver drove all the way there on the shoulder of the freeway to push the meter costs up to 102 Euros. Very disrespectful. He place our family at risk; put us in harms way. A terrible way to close our time in this beautiful city. I have tried to file a complaint but the contact detail provided are wrong. Terrible service. I will continue to try following up with the taxi company. Beware!!

Very nice, quiet and modern apartment in walking distance to downtown. Hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. Private parking across the street. Wi-Fi worked well. Family friendly. Perfect !
