"The view certainly lives up to its name!"

The View certainly lives up to its name! Such a stunning location! The accommodation is of the highest standard; extremely comfortable, tastefully decorated and every possible thing you might need is provided. We received a warm welcome from Pete and found Prosecco, beer and other tempting treats awaiting our arrival. We would love to stay here again. It was no trouble to find with Lisa’s easy directions.

There was absolutely nothing not to like.

"A very comfortable stay in the beautiful Peak District"

The View is in a location with the most beautiful views of the Peak Distirct. The accommodation is extremely comfortable and Lisa and Pete have thought of everything you could possible need and more. We were overwhelmed with the attention to detail. We've never stayed in a place that is as perfect as this in terms of facilities, cleanliness and comfort. I was born in the house many years ago and Pete spent a long time talking to us and showing us how brilliantly they had renovated their home. It was a very special visit for us so thank you Pete and Lisa. I hope we'll be back next time we are visiting from Australia.

"Could not ask for more from a romantic getaway in the Peak District"

The View was everything we wanted and more. The studio was of good size, was super clean and had everything we needed. In addition, it is tastefully furnished and has a really nice view over the countryside. The local pub is within walking distance and the studio is centrally located for exploring the Peak District.

The access road is one lane only and you might need to do some reversing if someone is driving the other way. But if you are driving in the UK, you need to get used to that anyway.

The property is exactly as described and exceeded our expectations, Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well placed for the beauty of the Peak District. The View has everything for a greak break and we do intend to return.
