Very clean and beautiful hotel one of my favourite hotels I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. The breakfast was really good as well and reminded me of Europe. Beautiful view from the room, and the bed and pillows were so comfy.

"Definitely check if there are busy Holiday periods on before coming to this place also it is not really a great area to"

Our room was beautiful and peaceful and had lovely views of Ha Long Bay

We were there on a busy holiday weekend and just to check in at the hotel took over half an hour and we had confusing messages from the staff about when we would be able to get to our room. Both pools were full of kids and the breakfast buffet had kids running around everywhere.
