La posizione, la pulizia. Bagno nuovo, ancorché con un lavabo minuscolo.

Appartamento al 2^ piano senza ascensore, scale vecchissime in legno rivestite in plastica. 1 lenzuolo bucato, asciugamani viso più piccoli di un nostro normale asciugamano da bidè.
