L'indipendenza delle due camere con i bagni annessi.

L'acqua calda delle docce era ad intermittenza. La pulizia sulle ante in cucina era scarsa cosi come vetri e specchi erano opachi. Le ragnatele fuori ai balconi. La distanza dal centro citta'.
