FRNous avons apprécié : L'accueil en présentiel du jeune Giek qui nous a pris en charge dès la ruelle, qui nous a donné plein de conseils dès l'arrivée, et la communication WhatsApp réactive avec notre hôtesse. Bonne documentation. Très bonnes adresses de restaurants, notamment la Trattoria dans la ruelle du studio. Le studio est bien équipé, agréable et confortable, calme quand les fenêtres sont fermées. Sinon bruit de l'autoroute, très proche. Le studio est bien situé : il se trouve près du métro San Georgio.
Tout est ok, mais nous avons trouvé l'affichage de la bonne note Booking en gros sur le pilier en entrant... un peu too much ! On savait qu'il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur, mais la dernière série de 14 marches est vraiment pentue et les marches sont plus hautes qu'en bas : attention aux genoux.

VEAunque se encontraba en un edificio viejo sin ascensor y con muchas escaleras, porque estaba en el centro histórico obviamente, el apartamento era espectacular, cerca de todo, muy cómodo, la amabilidad de Andrea y Vincenzo espectacular
Solo le recomiendo a los turistas que tengan problemas de movilidad que no es el adecuado, de resto 100% recomendado
SGAndrea was very helpful and showed us to the parking personally, he also gave us a lot of information about places to visit in Genoa and was very kind! The kitchen was also ideal and the apartment was clean and spacious.
AUVery clean, well appointed and well located. It had everything I needed for an extended stay.
Just the stairs but that’s part and parcel of living in the old town. Much more authentic than a sterile hotel so it wasn’t a problem anyway.
