Studio Apartment 5 with balcony and river view

We had a lovely stay and it was a great location, would highly recommend to others 😀

Location and view

Kitchen had poor facilties. No cafeteria, just 4 saches of instant coffee and 4 tea bags. Brought ground coffee, couldn't make any. Kitchen doors loose.

Despite the issues with the door and window, the flat was always warm. There was a good selection of tv channels.

The French window that wouldn't quite close properly so that I could hear outside noise. It also wouldn't lock, which was probably related to it not closing properly. The bathroom window did not come anywhere near to closing which meant that the bathroom was an ice box and I needed to ensure that I kept the bathroom door closed so that the rest of the flat remained warm. I also tried to stuff the bath mat into the window to reduce the draught but it didn't really help. There was no individual soaps like the other flats have had, just a hand liquid soap dispenser, which felt a bit cheap.

It was a lovely little place in the centre of everything. Absolutely loved it

The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. That is my only complaint

Excellent for the venue - it was very clean inside. It had most mod cons. The bed was pretty comfy too. The balcony was a must as it allowed us some fresh air while drinking a cuppa. Chap was pretty good with explaining the code to get into the building. Ample room to put your 2-3 day stay clothes away - just don't bring a massive suitcase as you will be living out of it. Thoroughly enjoyed our walk through Norwich the next day - and loved our gig at Epic Studios.

Shower was really hot then freezing. There didn't seem to be Internet access through the TV to sign into Prime video, Disney or Netflix; just came up with no internet access even though the internet hub code was on the TV - just small potatoes so no worries.
