Perfect location, clean and comfortable

The name says it all. It truly is a hidden gem in the heart of it all. It’s across the street from the Riverside station so train travel is a breeze and walking to Eaton or Windsor Castle is equally easy. You are near the central part of Windsor with plenty of shopping and restaurants. The location is unbeatable and you get a parking spot, which is convenient for drop offs and unloading even if you don’t have a car. The apartment is beautifully decorated in a modern style yet is very comfortable. Lots of space, a very modern kitchen, a comfortable couch and chair, and a lovely circle dining table and chairs in the bay window that overlooks the castle. The bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms are large, especially the master, where you could keep a large suitcase fully open and still have space to walk. The master bedroom had the most comfortable bed and pillows that I have ever slept in away from home (30 years of travel). I woke up each day feeling like I was at home. The master bedroom has a giant tub (really high) with shower, so if you have leg or balance issues, the other bedroom has a walk-in stand up shower with a lovely rain spout. There is plenty of space to store toiletries in the bathroom. The bath towels are large and full and the sheets and linens are soft and not scratchy. It has everything one needs to feel at home while traveling. Honestly, I could live here. It can be a little noisy as it’s off Datchet Road above a cafe and across from a pub, but nothing too bad given the central location.

The bin in the Main Bedroom had not been emptied properly by the cleaner - cleaning charges are very high on this property

Location was not well explained, had difficulty finding it and wasted time in the process. Host wouldn’t let us check in earlier so had to hang around with luggage in the car, will opt for a hotel next time. Tempstay agent wasn’t well explained. Felt my identity was very exposed with having to leave a copy of my passport and some very personal banking details with a company I’ve never heard off.

Having to be vetted by Temstay and give very personal and banking info as well as paying them a fee to do so, will opt for a hotel next time.

Great location . Parking, clean and great quality bedding Well equipped, air conditioning in the bedroom.

A little noisy early morning from the cafe below but a minor inconvenience

Location!

Loved the location, the view of the castle, the close proximity to everything - castle, shops, restaurants, river, trains. The flat was great - spacious, clean and comfortable & the washing machine was handy. A family or two couples would fit easily. And each bedroom has an ennsuite bathroom.

Only issue was the second bed which was short and had a footboard. Anyone taller than say 170 cm might find it challenging.
