Easy parking. Spacious accommodation. Immaculately clean. Milk in the fridge on arrival and a plate of delicious brownies. Comfortable sofas. Very good shower and non-slip floor. Useful local information on places to eat, etc. If we come up to Norfolk again Swallows Nest will be the first place we try to book.

Lighting for reading was a bit dim. An additional lamp would have been useful. An additional place to put our bathroom clutter - sponge bags, etc - would have been nice. Perhaps a small table?
