The cleanliness was fantastic

Place was absolutely filthy upon arrival. Loads of other issues , chair leg snapped off. Only 4 forks available in a house that sleeps upto 8 people. Stains and marks on bedding, towels, walls and carpets. Bedrooms not big enough to accommodate double beds - i had to lift the corner of the bed up every time I wanted to open or close the bedroom door, and that was the en suite room!! Well over priced for what it was. Even if it had been cleaned with all the things sorted it was still expensive.

The house was clean and well presented. Once we got it working the central heating was great. Nice en suite bathroom

Smell of damp when we entered the property and signs of mould on the lounge wall near the windows. No instructions to work the tv or the heating. Had to use our own HDMI cable and laptop to watch the telly. Beds were very uncomfortable. I think the mattresses simply need replacing. Both the downstairs and upper landings have a single step and in low light conditions this was dangerous, particularly when walking from the kitchen to the dining area with food or hot drinks. Rooms were incredibly small compared to the photos Back garden shingle area was overgrown with weeds Main bathroom is downstairs next to the kitchen so a long trek for those sleeping upstairs in non ensuite rooms

Amazing property we rented for 4 friends . Fully renovated house in a quiet neighbourhood.

We had a small issue with the fire detector , was making noise but they gave instructions and we solved it quite quick .

Very clean and well equipped
