Apartamento Gustamar 13

This apartment was lovely, had our own sunbed area around corner from the pool, felt nice and safe with gated area around apartment’s. Had nice little touches like washing up liquid, salt, oil, vinegar, even had tea bags nicer than bare cupboards! A little pile of books that I swapped my finished one for a new one! Fans lovely and cooling and only a 2 min walk to shops and restaurants, also on a tues and sat ypu around the corner from the market! Lovely short break

I liked how close to everything the property was. It was fully equipped with everything you would need for holiday.

I booked the property at last minute which was a mistake! I booked and paid for property from 9th September but didn’t actually get keys until 10th September. Host said the fault was with bookings.Com. So always book well in advance or you will have to make alternative arrangements like we had to! Having no Wi-Fi is something I wouldn’t do again.

Bed very comfortable, house had just about anything you could need. Host replied to any questions very quickly and clearly cares a lot about the properties as he was doing some slight renovating and improving even while we were there. Some parts of the house felt brand new. The location could not be better as its very central but yet not too noisy or busy.

There was no real way to relax by the pool given the layout, you would have to go for a swim then return home but this can be seen in the photos. The pool itself looked very well looked after. The apartment felt stuffy if the door was closed but once the doors were open and with the fans it was comfortable.

The apartment was lovely, it had everything we needed and more besides. It was also very central to everything. It was very clean, spacious & homely. We will definitely be returning. Javier the host was very welcoming & helpful.

This apartment is beautiful and newly renovated. It had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. We had two sets of towels for our stay, and there was everything you needed in the kitchen. Only a very short walk to all the bars and restaurants.

The complex itself isn't great, and we were advised by the cleaner that things were being stolen, which meant we didn't leave our doors unlocked and caused us concerns. The pool area is very small, and there really isn't space to sunbathe. The pool itself is more like a bath, so don't expect to be swimming.

The location was very good. Close to the shops and restaurants. Just been renovated to a high standard. There were a few problems but the owner very quickly cleared them to a high standard.

Nice, comfy, and well-equipped apartment. Its central location made it easy to explore the island, access the beaches and find plenty of restaurants, shops nearby

Fully equipped one bedroom, 2 story apartment with a balcony upstairs and access to the communal pool. Close to shops, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Great location for exploring the area.
