Nothing

Everything. Lack of service and help. They are scamming people out of hard work money. On my trip couldn’t even get it in because they fail to provide me with the apartment number and code to get in. I called a day before to know if i need special instructions they said no and that was it. Also i was calling the number they had in file they never answered me or emailed me back. Lost $178. Never NEVER BOOK AT THIS PLACE !
