Tamcoc Mr. Cau Homestay

We had the most wonderful 11-night stay with Snow and her family in Ninh Binh. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. Travelling with two lively young children can sometimes be challenging, but Snow and her family were incredibly kind, patient and welcoming. Our children loved spending time with Snow's children and it was lovely to see them playing together so happily. They also loved playing with the 2 little dogs everyday too. The breakfasts were amazing and always something we looked forward to each morning. Snow was also incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always happy to offer advice and recommendations. What made our stay so special was the genuine warmth and kindness shown by the whole family. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time in Ninh Binh. Thank you to Snow and her entire family for making our stay so memorable. We truly had an amazing time and would love to return and stay again in the future.

This homestay was central in tam coc, great location. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend value for money.

It is a house run by an amazing super kind host that lets us chose the breakfast every day . The pool was perfect, big, clean and the room very spacious. 5 mins to the center which makes it not noisy but still very nearby

Mrs Cao could not do more for us. She gave us great suggestions on where to eat, had bikes to rent, had a lovely pool, and had two lovely dogs we could play with. Really enjoyed the breakfast and was super super responsive to any messages sent. Would happily stay again. Very central.

A bin in the bedroom area would be super helpful

Fabulous little Homestay in very quiet but very central location . Room was good size and clean. The pool was lovely and clean . Chatted to other guests because it is a small Homestay. Lovely lady running it prepared a good breakfast .

As others have commented there can be small leaks in the bathroom if it pours with rain. We just had a few drips, nothing to ruin anything . There was also a musty type smell in the room . But we have encountered this in alot of places . Having said the above it is just minor stuff and it is a good Homestay, definitely value for money

Las instalaciones no.son lujosas pero estába limpio .

L emplacement, le petit déjeuner copieux et super bon (plats vietmiens ou plus européen), la disponibilité de notre hôte, la grande piscine ! C est proche de tout mais dans une petite rue calme. Possibilité de louer des scooters (50cc et électrique !). Très réactive sur les demandes. Eau chaude dans la douche. Et surtout le prix ! Spa pas très loin où travaille sa soeur donc prix canons. Je recommande, c est super
