Apartamento Acogedor en Avenida Juan Carlos 1º

Very comfortable and pleasant apartment with everything you need and near huge Carrefour supermarket. Tram and buses straight into Murcia centre.

Great location, clean, comfortable and good value + epic host!

The host was very involved, we received the deserved attention and he reacted always very quickly. We felt really welcomed. The location was very good, easily accessible by public transport and on foot. Spacious apartment with a nice balcony and supplied with all the necessary amenities. Big supermarket and restaurants (also with vegan options) at a walking distance.

The regulation of warm and cold water in the shower was a bit challenging since it could get suddenly very cold or very hot. The shower head was also difficult to place (a bit broken). In the weekend it can be a bit noisy from the neighbours hanging out late in the street.

The host was very kind and helpful. There was a problem with the fridge, and he brought a new one on the very day.

The air condition is weak a little bit. It was 40 deg outside, and it had a hard time cooling down the apartment.
