The host is very kind, polite and available, the location is perfect (in the city center), the apartment is spacious and has everything that we need.

Incredibly central location, barely 5 minutes walk from the very centre of Novi Sad. Close to all points of interest, making the city experience completely walkable. Our host was easy to reach, personally greeted us on arrival, and quickly provided an iron so we could press our clothes.

The wi-fi speed was decent, but it could be better. Other than that, it was a smooth experience all the way!

Exceptional location, homey enterior design, spacious balcony. Very peaceful even though in the very heart of the city! Host was very helpful and pleasent.

The apartment was compact, but decent.

The pictures advertised show images of multiple different apartments, so it's difficult to know what you are going to get. The building bears no resemblance to the main images on Booking.com. They show a hero shot of 1x nice apartment, but my apartment was comparatively very average. Cheap fitout and furniture. The public corridors smell like smoke for some reason. The bathroom design was really bad, there was nothing to stop water from going everywhere when the shower was used. The property manager was really anal about removing shoes and wearing slippers inside the apartment. When I arrived there was already a load of laundry in the washing machine from the previous tenant. The property is advertised as Blue Lagoon, but when we arrived at the property there was no branding anywhere that says Blue Lagoon. It makes it feel like false advertising. Overall it was fine for a short stay, but I had higher expectations based on the advertisement.
