The staff were friendly and very polite

The room was absolutely freezing, the thermostat didn't work, and there were not enough coffee pods, no instructions to use the coffee machine. The tall lamp in the room didn't work. This time of year needs more than a sheet and a thin blanket on the bed. Yes, there were blankets in the cupboard. Bed should be made appropriately for the time of year. The bed was comfy but cold.

Fantastic stay at Hotel Villa Biar. The staff were so kind and accommodating with it being Christmas. Rooms were warm and comfortable.

Nous y avons eu froid et dans la salle du petit déjeuner et dans les couloirs car portes ouvertes ce n’était pas agréable de se rendre au restaurant dans ces conditions là

El hotel es excepcional , muy bien ubicado ,limpio y magníficas instalaciones, jardín ,piscina, gimnasio , restaurante, ,el trato del personal ha sido excelente, nos trataron genial nos dieron una suite preciosa , hemos estado muy agusto y lo recomendamos 100%sin duda es un hotel de 10

The hotel is ideally located in the lovely village of Biar, just on the outskirts and close enough to walk to the restaurants and bars. Our superior room was fabulous, it had its own storage/dressing room area which was separate to the bedroom. The bedroom was furnished very well with tasteful decor. The bed must have been a super king, it was huge. We couldn't get on with the room coffee making machine and asked for a traditional kettle for our morning cup of tea. Antonio on reception was very accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful.

Everything was great.
