> road up to villa is not a road it is a concrete car path , it is steep with lots of corners, the last half mile to villa is just loose rocks, when first arrived took 4 attempts to get past last corner as car sliding on rocks . The rocks popped a tyre as we came on home on 2nd night, the road up to villa is classed as off road so insurance does not cover this it was 220 euros for one tyre - was told to inform villa as their responsibility, they completely ignored me when I told them what had happened. This road is not for the faint hearted or a little car, more for a 4x4 and definitely experienced drivers only. > no name plate on villa so hard to.find > we were given wrong Internet password , first 12hrs after arrival , after multiple messages back and forth finally given right password on 2nd day, but server not working, again multiple messages later and phonecalls, followed by no communication from 2nd day lunchtime til I called on 3rd day morning all of this very stressful and not what anyone wants to be dealing with on holiday. When we tried to.hotspot tv there was a long list of iphones etc we do not believe it works at all. I was then told we would relieve 150 euro refund as we were all now paying for Internet the whole holiday. After many messages and excuses they then ignored any communication and the refund has not been recieved and its over a month > villa was not cleaned before our arrival, floors were dirty , the bbq was absolutely filthy, we didn't clean it as would have had to buy special cleaner and taken a long time , again not what anyone wants to be doing on holiday > no outdoor bin, despite all toiletroll having to go into small bins in bathrooms.

We are a team of Celebroty DJs, from the UK. We needed to get away from the public for some peace and quiet. This property was very clean, The host spoke great English and made this booking the easiest one we have had. Everything was ready and handled with 5 STAR customer service. It is in an excellent location and a really nice view. The pool is nice, everything about this villa is great. I would recommend for anyone visiting Zante to book this amazing property.
