Just one condition in living room

The property is in a very good location next to the old town and near the main city centre. It’s spacious and comfortable. It was clean and well kept.

The lift takes you to one floor below the property. There are then a few flights of steps - at least 20- up to the front door. There’s no rail for some of the steps so you have to be careful with cases. The main bedroom blinds don’t work so we had to sleep in the smaller bedroom which wasn’t as comfortable as the main bedroom. The Terrace is quite small.

The location is good and the apartment was clean.

This apartment was not an enjoyable space to be in. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, they have a fan but it doesn’t work so well. The living room - which has no external windows, has air con that doesn’t work great. The shower was often cold. The bathroom was a strange space. The apartment had no iron, which is really poor.

Top Location! Beautiful building with an elevator. Perfect layout of the apartment. Beautiful roof terrace wit jasmine and other plants, equipped with table and chairs. Кind and responsive host! Clean and cozy rooms, well equipped kitchen box. Suitable also for children.

The location was very good. Near to everithing. The apartment was clean and useful. The stuff was very helpful.

There was strong wind first night, and it was very noisy in the apartment. Also, the wind could be felt into the apartment itself. Matrases were not the most comfortable ones.

Better quality furniture. E.g. television (really dated), mattress quality, area rugs

This apartment is spacious, but far from luxurious. And it's not a penthouse. Unfortunately we didn't feel well there. Here' s why: The bedroom and the living room are connected. Which means using the living room is disturbing those sleeping in the bedroom. All the doors are squeaky. Very small bathroom is badly maintained, you can feel the smell of canalization. The tiny kitchen is poorly equipped. We missed a kettle and microwave. Ugly plastic flowers everywhere, oh My! It feels like a cheap asian restaurant... Another weak point is the heating (we came in early March). There's a gas burner without the air supply. So a window above it has to be open all the time. You're losing a lot of heat and the space gets cold. Your only chance is to bust the AC unit in the living room. There's no aircon in bedrooms, only in the living room. Before you reach the apartment you have to use lift to the 4th floor and then climb 23 more steps. Fine for young travelers, but not comfortable for families. Generally the disposition of the apartment is not good, it doesn't feel cozy. The location is very good for reaching city center, many restaurants , bakeries or a little fish market. The beach however is a 20 minutes walk. Wifi is ok, so is the shared little terrace and communication with the company via WhatsApp. However this is a bit tricky. The company owns more apartments and they tend to oversell and overmarket their offer. Their communication is sort of "licking your boots" style (we're so thrilled to have you here, your happiness and well being are my top priority...). Well when I asked to turn on the heating, they said of course, but didn't do anything. Everybody loves warm welcome. When we arrived there was no welcome bottle of wine, no fruits or little snacks. Just an empty fridge. If the company lowered the price by 35% and didn't call it a "luxury penthouse", which it's not, I'd rate it 7,5.

We really liked the location and proximity to the pier and main city sightseeing. Moreover, an open terrace was nice and cosy to sit there and chat. If we stayed longer, we would definitely have played some games there and had some vine in the evening. The rooms were big enough and bright. Nice decor. There was everything provided from towels and soaps in the bathroom to coffee and spices to cook in the kitchen area.

The only thing is that the floor was not clean, dunno why.
