CZLocation was great, the house was clean and cozy.
There is a broken window next to the bunk bed. It is a easy fix.
HUA very calm and huge place, close to the Grand Canyon.
The communication was a little tricky with the owner, but everything was perfect afterall.

GBVery comfortable for a short stay. Well appointed, reasonably convenient for the Grand Canyon (just 30 mins drive away). Quiet, good shower.
Price for basic rental was OK, but they charged an additional $150 cleaning fee as standard even though we were only there less than 12 hours - ie sleep then up very early to hike down GC.
CHLittle cozy cabin super clean and big enough for 6 people ! Our family felt at home and it was very close to the Grand Canyon (25-30min). Easy to access: Would totally recommend

I needed to reach out to host to get code to retrieve keys (I would not be able to enter house if I didn't do it). Then he stopped anwering my message and calls so I had no wifi password. All of the sudden in the middle of the second day so construction workers came and told us host said he informed us about it (he didn't of course) but we finally got our wifi password from him. The heating/AC was so loud we barely could sleep. It was not clean either - stains on couch and towels.
TWWe had it got the entrence code , also very difficult to contact with supplier , we call Many times, but finally, we got the entrence code
