This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Casa Elena en El Vergel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen and towels are not included. Guests can bring their own or rent them on site: • Bed linen: €15 EUROS per person per stay. • Towels: €15 EUROS per person per stay. Please contact the property before arrival for rental. Please note that for long-term reservations (28 days or more) there are special prices, so additional charges apply for services such as WiFi, water and electricity depending on consumption. Please note that for bookings of less than 28 days additional charges apply: 85Kwh is included. A deposit may be required at the property.
