Lovely little apartment with everything you need for a cosy stay in Leeds. Would happily stay again. Communication was good.

Only thing I was less keen on was sending ID via WhatsApp but that could be more an error with my booking.com app as I couldn’t find an option to send it via that.

Because it’s inside the basement it did get warm at times so could do with a fan and a heater if it gets cold but overall perfect

Room clean and tidy, good facilities for cooking a small meal and breakfast.

Bed a little hard. The area, if I was a single female traveler I may not have felt comfortable staying here.
