DEWe were a group of 6 and we booked three rooms. The hosts were very nice and hospitable. They helped us with our many luggages. Each time we asked them for something, they were very friendly and helpful and tried to ensure we had a good time. We asked multiple times for cups, more towels, and more blankets, and they always provided what we needed. Also the location is very nice. The hotel is located in front of tea plantations and gives a very nice view from the balcony. It is also very close to the Ella town, and there are many nice restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. The shower water in two rooms out of three was very hot and pleasant. The breakfast was very good and included delicious fresh friuts and we had it on the balcony which was very enjoyable.
The bathrooms in all the rooms were very dirty. It seemed to us that the walls or the mirror and its shelf have not been cleaned in a long time. There was some mold on the bathroom's wall or the light switches. The water in the rooms with the wall heaters was not really warm, and it got super cold very quickly. Also the water stays on the ground after showering. It would be nice if they provide a mop in the showers to be able to dry the floors after showering. The water of the bathroom sink in all three rooms was super cold, and also faucets were loose. The host came and fixed it on the first day, but it got loose again after a couple of time using. The rooms were cold at night, and the blankets were very thin and not suitable for that climate. They gave us more blankets. But all were very thin and we felt very cold at night. It would be nice if they provide thicker blankets.
