The location is strategic and convenient and it's clean generally.

Guess previous customer was smoking and the whole house has kinda smoking room and can only reduce it by turning the a/c. Suggest to provide restriction to all the customer.

The location is strategic, conveniently close to Putrajaya. The facilities are also excellent, including a microwave, washing machine, and cutlery. Although the parking can be confusing at first, it’s a bonus that it’s located directly in front of the lift doors.

The host made an error during my stay. I booked for 3 days and 2 nights, but on the second day, just after noon, a worker from the host’s team came to my floor. Without knocking, he opened the grill gate (for which I was not provided a key), and attempted to open the room door. When he noticed the door was locked, he rang the bell. I answered, and he appeared annoyed when I explained that I was staying for 3 days and 2 nights and was not due to check out until the following day. He then called his boss, the host, and handed the phone to me to speak directly. After I repeated my booking details, the host acknowledged the mistake and apologized, and the worker left. Unfortunately, this incident soured my experience. I was on a work trip and had valuable items in my room. I happened to be in the room taking a short break when this occurred, but I can’t help but feel uneasy about what might have happened had I not been there, considering the host’s team has access to my floor and potentially a second key to my room. I reported this to Booking.com, though I am unsure if any action will be taken. I just wanted to share my experience so future guests are aware.

The apartment was infested with cockroaches. I couldn't take this too lightly. I was worried, the roaches might get into my luggage and suitcase.

The prices are outrageous compared to how much these apartments are rented for the locals. Outrageous!

Just two minutes drive to dining places (Oldtown, NakNak, padi, starbuck, mcdonald, family mart etc). It was a quite place.

Hygiene 2/10. There’s a lot of small cockroaches. The dining table kinda off. The aircond don’t felt cool enough for us. The owner was bit irresponsive (late reply)
