Heel klein balkon waar geen tafel en stoel op past (zoals op de foto staat) en een kaal dakterras met meubilair zonder kussens.

Sie liegt in der Altstadt und am Meer, beides erreicht man in ein paar Minuten. Mann kann aber nicht mit dem Auto zufahren. Die Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht und immer erreichbar.

The location is good as it is in the historical area. The terrace upstairs is a great addition, offering beautiful views.

One of the shutters was broken. There is a window without shutters, so you are awoken by sunrise. The water pressure in the shower is very low. The property is not accessible by car so if you are traveling with heavy luggage it’s difficult to reach the property and then without elevator difficult to get to the apartment. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

The location and the rooftop is great, by the sea and close to the center. But that's about it.

Check In: They use a system that never works. You are asked to click a link to open to the door, it never works. We had to wait 30 minutes for someone else to open the door for us while the host did not assist Power: We had three interruptions in power. All the host did was send a picture of a unit which we were tasked to find in the dark. They never sent anyone the next day to fix it and all they had to say was that this happens with old houses Amentities: They had absolutely no cleaning products in the washroom. When asked the host said that the clenaing company would bring them around, we stayed there for 48 hours and no one ever came around. Host: While the host is super responsive, it's almost always pointless.

Airy appartment with windows and a small balcony. Keeps cool even on hot days. Steep steps to access, no problem but anyone with mobility issues would need to be aware. Very well located almost on the sea front in the old town making it easy to reach the main squares and restaurants. Even with a taxi there was a 5 minute walk from the nearest drop off point so suitcases are a must. Once the road (Via Portovechia - which has been totally dug out to provide new services) had been reinstated that time should be halved, Fully kitted out with cooking facilities but apart from early morning coffee we didnt use these as there are so many restaurants serving excellent drinks and food at good prices. Would stay there again,

This company uses an online APP to deal with everything including opening the street door before you get to the stairs and appartments. The instructions show a picture of the door where there are four pads for contacting each appartment and App says Press The Button To Enter. Which button I wondered. I pressed the one with no name and I was let in remotely. Luckily the cleaner was there and let us in, otherwise I would have been standing outside what to do. However there is atel number to call and a WhatsApp if you have any problems.. What they meant was press the button on the App screen. Apparently they are going to make this more clear on the App

The Location was perfect in Monopoli. Right near the water. The rooftop terrace was terrific - I recall it said it was shared, but we never saw anyone else on our 4 night stay. A convenient store steps from the house had water, snacks, wine and takeaway spritz. We would stay here again and would definitely make Monopoli our base for Puglia again.

This was not a problem for us, but there are a number of stairs to reach the apartment and again to make it up to the rooftop terrace. The walk to the train station is about 15-20 minutes, depending on your pace. Our transfer to Monopoli took us all the way to the apartment, but our transfer away would not go into the city center.
