Modern 2BR Chester Flat

Roomy groundfloor flat in a private drive. Parking is close to the flat. 15-20 minute walk to station and city centre. Ideal for our needs visiting the Live Rooms venue. A great base for exploring Chester.

Nothing much, a little confusion over key box code but quickly sorted.

Booked for 5 but no quilt cover for bed settee and no towels for rge 5th person (only stayed 1 night but still an issue), not all the hob rings worked. Poor furnishings, miss match and broken fixtures and fittings, lots of cobwebs in all rooms, (old ones) broken shower holder in main bathroom which fell apart when shower was turned on so must have been broken prior and shower curtain in en suite had mildue on it and difficult to use, should retain the original glass doors for space and ease of showering. Light fittings had the covers missing so exposed wires and no Carbon monoxide detector. Lots of crumbs and hair etc under sofa cussions All in all reminded me of a student accommodation., definately not the high rating showing on booking. Com

Perfect location to Chester and surrounding areas. Spacious enough for a small family with everything you need to prepare and cook your own meals.

It is quite noisy as it is on the ground floor of apartments so you can hear a lot of banging from footsteps above, also the front door to the complex slams when closing. The apartment it self wasn't the cleanest with cobwebs in some rooms. Some minor maintenance work should be done to the property but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Everything really it was great, good value for money clean and good value for money!
