Stunning West End Flat!

The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge was clean. The host’s communications were friendly and informative about local amenities

The description of ‘stunning’ is a great over exaggeration and is not what I would expect from a property described this way. The flat was basic at best though I appreciate others might have their own perspective on this. We did not complete our stay and could not wait to leave the next morning and book into a hotel. The beds are very low and uncomfortable, the pillows were very lumpy and offered no support at all and the bedding not what I would expect when renting somewhere to sleep. The heater in the bathroom did not work and the bathroom itself was extremely cold. The rug in the living room was dirty. The location was not ideal for our needs and it cost us £10 each time we had to get a taxi into the centre.

Everything. The location, facilities, host, decor. Everything was perfect!

A great location with the subway very close and plenty of food shops and restaurants/ bars nearby. The location was also lovely and quiet. The flat was nicely decorated and comfortable.

The location was brilliant within walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, galleries etc. The apartment was in a lovely old building and well appointed.

Everything was lovely but the beds and pillows were really uncomfortable.

The location was perfect. Close to city centre and close to galleries, restaurants etc. Easy for u public transport. Subway 5 mins away and buses. The street was quiet which was great.

One of the beds had a thin mattress which was not comfortable . The other bed was great.

This flat was spotless, spacious, well equipped, in an amazing location . Even parking was easy, no small feat for the west end, always got a spot near the flat and parking was free after 6 pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. We only communicated with Alastair by text but he had provided us with some useful information and his mobile number if we needed it, so we felt we were looked after, but everything was great, so we didn't need anything else. Would highly recommend

Opaque glass on bathroom door not great for privacy, but this can in no way detract from how lovely and comfortable it was overall.

Beautifully furnished, roomy, convenient to the airport, pubs, and shops

This spacious, beautiful apartment exceeded our expectations. The host had thought of everything to make us feel comfortable and welcome, including turning the heating on before our arrival. All the facilities provided are amazing, especially in the kitchen. The beds and sofas are comfortable. The location is fantastic, too - a very short walk to the subway and all the wonders of Glasgow.

I couldn't get the bath plug to work, but the shower was excellent.
