DEDas Appartement ist hübsch eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und parken ist auch kein Problem. Es war alles sauber, allerdings kann es sein, dass sich mal eine Grille verirrt. Das Sofa ist zwar bequem, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt sind 3 Personen zu viel. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war problemlos und super nett.
Die Hauptmieter des Hauses sind sehr nett, allerdings ist es sehr hellhörig und sie haben zwei kleine Jungs, die man dann auch mal toben hört.

USThis place was almost even nicer than the photos and that seriously NEVER happens! It was clean, smelled nice, and had everything we needed or could've asked for to make our time in D.C. as comfortable as possible! If you can't make up your mind regarding which rental to stay in on your next trip, just go ahead and book THIS place! You'll have made the perfect decision!

FRWe liked how Karen welcomed us in this nice and Cosy apartment. She put her heart in decorating and in every little detail and we really appreciate. Although we had some troubles with electricity in the street and the lock of the doors, she was always ready to help, she answers quickly and always finds a solution ! Thank you again for having us everything was so comfortable! A little paradise, far better than a hotel.
TWThe place was clean and conveniently located, with a very reasonable price. The host was extremely friendly and responded promptly to any questions. Highly recommend!
FRQuiet and safe area. 7/11 is just in a few minutes walk. Location is a bit far from downtown, but there are a lot of busses to get to Metro.

Noise from occupants in the apartment above and tree lopping at 0730 one morning were not favourable. We were reminded to keep any noise/activity to a minimum which we did, but had to wear earplugs due to heavy footsteps, children banging things and running around in apartment above us. Power tripped out, but with help from owner, finally got back on.
CAAn attractive and comfortable spot that made a good home base for our visit to Washington, in a pleasant neighborhood. Attractive decor, comfortable beds including the huge sofa, spotlessly clean, good kitchen appliances, adequate dishes and cooking stuff. A short drive to the Fort Totten Metro stop, where there was plenty of parking, made it easy to access the public transportation system. Easy on-street parking directly outside the door. Walmart nearby for groceries.
