We loved the breakfast each morning served by our lovely hosts. I liked that the other travellers staying there were respectful, quiet and friendly. The room was great, very clean and big size. I liked that there were bikes we could hire for the day and there was also a laundry service. It was the perfect location, one street off the main street. It was our favourite place we stayed in all of Vietnam. We loved it.

Room was big and very clean and the bathroom was also pretty big. Our room was upgraded to one with a view of the mountains which was nice. Breakfast was included and the food was delicious every day. They even made a point to remember that my partner didn’t like coriander and left it out the next time. The family running the homestay were beautiful they were so kind and friendly and happy to help with anything they could. We rented a scooter through them, they also have bicycles to rent. They offer laundry services and helped us book transport to our next destination. Best stay we’ve had on this trip, everything was really easy and I would definitely recommend.

In our room the hot water only lasted about 3-5 minutes which was enough time to shower so wasn’t an issue for us and only took about 5-10 minutes to heat back up. We did travel in winter though so that’s probably why.

The hostess was very kind and helpful! She made us a delicious breakfast every morning including coffee and tea. I have celiac disease and I really appreciated that she was attentive to my gluten free diet! She rented us a motorcycle for a good price and allowed us to leave our bags until the evening when we were leaving. The location is right in town so easy access to everything but it was on a quiet street. She even upgraded our room for free. It was very spacious. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Tam Coc, the rooms and bathroom were spacious, clean and comfortable. The family who runs it were very nice and welcoming, the homestay is in a perfect location and the included breakfast was very good too. They also can help you sort bikes and transport to the next place for a good price making it all very convenient. Very good money and 10/10 would recommend

Gorgeous . I don’t know why this place is not a 10. Is absolutely great. Perfect location, spotless clean and comfortable, lovely family. They take care of their guess, arrange tours, transport, bikes, laundry, local food, anything you need they are happy to help with so much kind. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Super friendly family run homestay with very clean rooms and delicious breakfast.

We stayed on the recommendation of some other travellers and were so pleased we did. The family owners are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The spacious room was comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was huge and had a great shower. The breakfasts were delicious. We hired a scooter for two days and bikes for another day, which was very handy. Well located for the main tourist area, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. We were sad to have to leave.

Whether it was advice on local attractions, help with bookings, or just a friendly chat, they made us feel like part of the family. It’s the ideal base for exploring the surrounding beauty of Ninh Binh, with stunning views and easy access to the main attractions.
