"Short and sweet"

Lovely house, very comfortable. The river Barrow is just down the lane, and the street is quiet, traffic wise.

There was absolutely nothing in the kitchen. Basic items, like teabags, coffee and milk would have been helpful It was the first time ever, arriving in a premises that these basic items were not available.

"Nice location, friendly town"

The location was easy to find and it was central to the town. Shops and amenities were a few minutes walk away.

The property was comfortable. It would benefit from some upgrades, in particular the bathrooms. A deep clean might also be beneficial.
