The mattress on the bed and sheets were uncomfortable

lovley property very disheartening to have emailed the host recieved a message of how to enter the property but was not informed about the smashed window In the bedroom . I took my elderly mother and she was horrified

Me and my partner had a lovely time! The bed was comfy and it was a cosy environment to chill and relax.

Room space

The room was unclean from the previous use and smelled heavily of smoke. It took over 30 minutes to get someone to come get the room cleaned. The bathroom was a pretty tight space but everything worked well in it

It was spacious

It was dirty the sofa bed was broke . Wrong place to have a shower . We had issues with the wifi .

The inside of the apartment, the Internet connection, and the facilities

The bed sheet, there should be warm water in both toilets not only one toilet

Heating was really good, kept the autumn chill out.

Shower was too cramped, and uncomfortable to move around. Access door location is out of sight, and not easily located. Taxis dropped off on the main road, and it was a hassle hauling luggage to the back of the building, almost like another street entirely. Stone covered walkway made moving luggage with wheels unnecessarily difficult. Only 1 night light out of 4 was functional in the walkway exiting into an equally dark alleyway, had to use my phone's flashlight to step out when it's dark outside.
