Great place. I can recommend it. Check-in on time and without problems. There is a kitchen with everything for a light snack (breakfast). The coffee is excellent. Clean and quiet.

Very convenient location within 10 minute walk from airport. 15 min walk to Pisa Centrale from property. Very clean, extremely comfortable bed. We arrived after midnight and the owner had made arrangements with leaving room key in key box and whatsapped instructions on how to gain entry into building and how to get our room key, and included pictures of main door entry keypad, and room access key box to avoid any confusion. Area for making tea/coffee and packaged croissants,sweet breads/cakes etc. Would recommend.

"Handy stay for airport/train"

- great location walking distance between train station and airport. Also close to small shops and takeaway pizza restaurants that serve till 11pm - clean apartment - nice free coffee and small breakfast to keep you going in morning - air conditioning worked amazing - quiet street - late check in was available which was important to us since we had a night flight!

Going to the toilet across a communal area. This was clear in the description.
