"Great experience in an authentic regency style home with towels and bedding provided."

Location is amazing and house is truly charming! Lovely Café next door with super friendly staff and we tried out the friendly barber too!! Garden court yard is super cute and plenty of hot water. WiFi worked a charm. Plenty of original features too and feels very authentic. Generally very clean and tidy.

Our daughter suffers from dust allergies and struggled sleeping on the first night because of dust and noisy street. Our son slept through everything!

"Wonderful location in a pretty little cottage."

This is a real little gem. Fantastic location. Seafront just across the road. The cottage its self is full of old world charm. We loved it. The high street is full of little cafes and the walk into Folkestone along the seafront is lovely.We would stay there again.

"Prettiest house in Sandgate."

Prettiest house in Sandgate. Fantastic location, so close to everything. Lovely comfortable bed in a huge bedroom. Can't comment on cooking facilities as we ate out. Great hosts, very helpful.

Downstairs bathroom, only an issue because I have a dodgy ankle.

"Exceptional"

Very charming, well located house in sandgate. Very close to Folkestone, Dover and surrounding towns. Check in and out extremely smooth and great communication from the owners.
