GBThe property was a great size and ideally suited for the town & park etc. The host was friendly and welcoming. The heating system was really good.
There was hair in the shower from the previous guests. There is no kitchen sink (there is a dishwasher) so water for the kettle and rinsing was done from the bathroom sink.

GBVery cosy with three radiators, clean, great shower and excellent location. Everything you need to self-cater but also a great Thai restaurant a short stroll away.
The accommodation has car parking behind with four bright security lights shining into the room. This wouldn't be a problem if there were black out curtains to pull across the window. The broken blinds meant the room stayed very bright all night. There was no noise from the car park, but if you like to sleep in a dark room bring an eye mask.

GBThe guest house is detached from main house and has utmost privacy. Inside was spacious very clean and warm.
All was perfect but not that important to me, could do with a Smart Tv
GBLocation was perfect as my course was at First Site, just up the road. Shower was hot and of a decent power. Ample facilities to make food and the location offered free parking. Heating worked fine and kept the room warm.
The bed was very lumpy and springy (I suffer with neck problems so I brought my own pillow), the vertical blinds by the sliding doors were in a pretty bad way, allowing light from the adjacent floodlit car park to shine into the room. The TV I believe isn't long for this world but I managed to get it going. To be fair, for what I paid for this room in the heart of a big city I think I did ok.
