Colchester Town, modern, detached, guest house

This is a cute studio, probably a converted garage. It has a fridge and kettle for making tea. Full bathroom with walk-in shower. There is lots of floor space. This is important to me as I do exercises in the morning.

- In the summer, the light from the east is very strong. The blinds on the big window are mangled and the shutter is difficult to maneuver. - There is no sink in the kitchen area, so you have to carry water from the bathroom.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house is incredebly beautiful and extremely clean. It also included all the aminities we needed - electrical devices, coffee and sugar etc.The location was full of nature, 5 minutes walking from the biggest park and 15 minutes from the centre of the city. The hostess was so caring and considerate. Thank you for the pleasant experience!!!

Near to the town.

The mattress was appalling! Springs digging into our backs. Didn't get good night sleep at all! No hot water out of tap in bathroom. Couldn't get the tv to work. Dishwasher instead of a sink in kitchen area did not make sense, never seen that before anywhere. Sink would have beena far better choice

The apartment was so comfortable with all the facilities you need. Martin was always ready to help and made us feel so at home. Would recommend this gem to everyone.

I liked the location so close to town. The property was very clean, well equipped, and quiet. The bathroom shower was nice and the bed was very comfortable. I was very happy with my choice. On arrival, I was welcomed. My host was very friendly. I never needed anything, but if I did, I knew I could just ask. I will book this property again next time I'm in the area.
