"Excellent location and a good enough room but the owner does not reply / answer to sms or phone."

The owner does not reply / answer to sms or phone so this can be a problem. Its also a problem that only the day of arrival he can give instructions on how to collect the keys.

The location is amazing. The communication with the owner as well. Every part of the appartment is smartly used and you have everything you need there. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is quite good and the view is perfect.

There was some noise from the elevator, but not too much. In the evening the building is quiet.
