Beschattung bzw. Schutz vor Tauben fehlt auf der Terrasse. Parkplatz direkt im Gebäude war nicht verfügbar.

Location is great, the Apartment is nice too, good for a family of 5. What’s not nice at all is the check in and check out system. You need to go to the office both for checkin and checkout, which is in the other side of town. When asked if we could leave the keys in the apartment, the reply was no because otherwise they’d need to go pick them up theirselves… in the end the accepted to have them left with the cleaning team, which by the way was very nice.

The Penthouse appartment was spacious, with a view on the sea. The rooms were nice. The kitchen is not too big, but enough with a diswasher, what is a plus. There is not too much equipment in it, just the standards. The appartment is well located. It take 5 minutes to reach everything: the beach, the supermarket and the city center. We asked for a children bed for our 2 year old daughter for 5,- euro/night. It was a new bed, nicely prepared. The appartment was on the 5th floor, with elevator it was not an issue. It had a living room with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, which is separating the 2 bedrooms. The parking space is limited for 10 cars, it costs 5,-euro/night and you have to book it in advance. All rooms was equipped with climatization...

When we arrived the weather was very hot, so in the appartment there was 30°C. The big climatization unit in the living room sounded very strangely during the first two days, but when the room cooled down, it was working normally (it has a broken remote control-when I have informed them about that, they said we should use the other remotes which are compatible...). In one bedroom the climatization was not working at all. When we informed the agency, the reaction was fast, they sent technicians to solve the problem. For 2 days the unit was working, but after it was not cooling again. They have sent technicians again who tried to fix the same problem (air in the cooling system) but after 2 hours the unit was not cooling... We had to cool the whole appartment during the day with the 2 working units to be able to sleep at night in the bedroom with open door, where it was not working. So with the reactions on the claims I am satisfied, they were fast. But, when we left, I have informed the agency, that it still do not work. The guy sitting on the reception said we had 2 working units...I said ok, but there are 3 and we paid a lot for the accomodation with working climatization. He's answer was: you have 2 units indicated on the offer not 3.... (what is not true). My answer was: this is not a way how you should answear a claim, my aim was to inform you, to fix it, before the new guests arrive. For this behaviour I give 7 points for our stay. And because of this, next time, I will choose another accomodation. Before you book it, check in advance if tje climatization is working... when the weather is so hot also during the nights, without that, it could be hard to fall asleep.

Location is excellent. The apartment has an amazing view and it takes 2’ to the beach and five to Caorle’s center

Minor thing: there are no small bowls for breakfast cereals. But that is the only thing I noticed
