The shower leaks so if you’re a fan of mopping, then this is a great place for you to stay because you have to mop after each shower or you’ll have a river coming out of the shower

The staff was terrible. I asked simple questions. Like do you have an ETA of when the maintenance will be here because I didn’t have proper sheets on the bed. They respond with we contacted them. Same with the refund department I asked when I would get my deposit back and the response was that they sent the info to the refund department when my question is normally how long does it take for the refund to come back? On top of that, I left a receipt for the sheets that I purchased because they didn’t have proper sheets on my bed and I was asking about that refund as well. Well they got new sheets and new pillowcases about $60 and I didn’t get a refund for it . Also we had to clean basically every dish before using them Nothing in the kitchen was properly cleaned
