Spacious cozy - 3BD - Centro-Sol

Le logement se trouvait au 4 ieme et ascenseur non fonctionnel De plus personne pour nous accueillir et directive pas claire. Par chance un locataire nous a ouvert la porte principale et nous avons eu accès au logement. La dernière nuit un locataire a décidé de faire la fête en plein milieu de la nuit

Location was perfect. Right by plaza mayor and near Puerta de sol. Even in such an active location, there was no noise.

Links to the instructions for accessing the property did not work, so we were unable to get in the apartment building. A local resident let us in. There’s one small couch in the living room, so was tight for a family of 4. Bedrooms were adequate, but not a lot of closet space. Also, the bedroom with the only closet had a squeaky uncomfortable bed.

We went for a week traveling in Madrid and had the best experience in MintyStay the apartment was wonderful, spacious, cooking accessories, the best location we could possibly hope for, included 3 beds and 2 bedrooms and a big couch in the living room, 2 small balconies. Next time I will be in Madrid i will be booking the same place for sure and will recommend anyone who is looking for affordable but very nice place to stay in.

Great location in the heart of Madrid. Close to the plaza and everything else. One of the 3 beds is in a loft which will require a younger person to access. All was great with the stay, except the room was not ready when we arrived even though we agreed in advance to an arrival time. It was a communication error on their part, which they resolved, but we had to communicate through WhatsApp to get it cleaned and waited in the plaza (and had a cerveza and tapas).

The living areas were really spacious and comfortable. The location is fantastic and although we were so close to Plaza Mayor there was no noise disturbance. the propoerty is very secure and safe.

There is a lack of storage and hanging for clothes. Only 1 of the 3 bedrooms has any. If there were 6 people the fact of only one bathroom may be a problem.
