Exclusive 2 Bedroom Apartment [Catania Center]

The apartment is large, spacious and well-equipped. We appreciated the washer-dryer machine in the apartment. Also appreciated the proximity to 2 grocery stores and a tabacchi for food and basic necessities. Location near Piazza Stesicoro made it easy to get to all the major attractions in Catania, and it is an easy walk to the central train station (don't bother with the subway, it isn't worth it). The apartment is also close to many restaurants.

The apartment is located right over a motorcycle dealership/repair center, so during daily business hours there is lots of motorcycle noise. Also occasional noise at night from traffic and street activity. Managing trash and recycling is confusing; I would have liked some more clarification and even a video or two on where to leave trash, where to get more trash bags, etc.

Posizione centrale e comoda per visitare la città a piedi. Struttura pulita e ben curata, con camere confortevoli, letti comodi e camere insonorizzate. Presenti caffè, tè, muffin confezionati, acqua di cortesia seppur la colazione non sia prevista, molto apprezzato. Host gentile e disponibile.

Niente di particolare, check-in macchinoso in cui bisogna scaricare un’app ma in alternativa l’host apre da remoto.

The location was good

The owner one day prior demanded €200 euros in cash more i tried a lot to explain him that in booking.com there was no option to add guest and whole apartment was booked which can accommodate 5 guest but he refused to listen. The aircon in the hall just does not work and with no fans it completely unliveable The sofas in the hall are not usable and really very old The kitchen is way to small for a family of 3 and no dishwasher makes it worst as the sink is quite small The location is amazing but parking is a great hassle the parking lot beside is always full and quite expensive

The size of the apartment, the rooms were big. The kitchen had all the facilities. We even had a washing machine for our use. We had an elevator for the big suitcases. Location very close to the city centre. There is also a parking lot în the vecinity. The host was welcoming.

Ni dishwasher. No balcony.

Great location close to main attractions, very helpful host, fully equipped apartment and great, cold white wine bottle waiting in the fridge!

Close to the center and to the parking , which was not expensive and very convenient:)

The location of the apartment is really good, close to the city centre and there's a guarded parking place next to the apartment for those who come by car. The communication of the host is excellent. The apartment is big, and superb clean, furthermore newly renovated which facilitates to have a pleasant stay here. The beds are comfortable and also the building mechanization of the apartment serves comfort very well, especially the air-conditioning. Moreover, the apartment is well equipped with kitchen utensils, toiletries.

The apartment is noisy due to the nightlife on the street. Although the apartment has 2 bathrooms, it should be mentioned, that just one contains shower, while the other only functions as a toilette.
