HAMA Villa with private pool

The villa is amazing, very well decorated and clean. The cleaning lady is very nice and accommodating. Stephanie was awesome and answered all our questions.

The location is a bit far from Lio beach and you need to ride the tricycle to and from the place. The cost of the ride is 200 pesos each way so if you are thinking of spending time at beach, it is worth it to rent a scooter.

Host was very polite and accommodating. Breakfast at the villa was delicious. Housekeeping available daily, you can let them know otherwise. They have a generator so when there’s a brown out (which is normal on the island) power still works which is great especially for the use of the fans (also AC in the rooms). Lovely neighbourhood. Host provided pdf booklet with a lot of information so good for touring the area.

The little dust like things that we find on surfaces (probably from the sticks on the ceilings) not sure however there’s daily house keeping

We were very impressed with our stay at Hama Villa. The hosts were amazing, extremely helpful - they even provided us with a digital compendium with recommendations of places to visit, eat, tours to go on etc, which were all excellent recommendations. The Villa itself is beautiful, well maintained and exactly what we had hoped for. It's a little out of town, but we regularly used the drivers that were recommended and had no issues getting to where we wanted to go. It's located a little off the main road so it was quiet and peaceful.

There wasn't much that we didn't like. Certainly driving up to the Villa we weren't quite sure what we'd find as it's down a bumpy dirt road, in and around some local houses etc. But we soon realised we had nothing to worry about, and soon recognised that this rustic nature is pretty common in and around El Nido.

What a beautiful villa and absolutely lovely hosts. Dimitri and Stephanie were very responsive and so helpful. My two nights at Hama Villa were the perfect opportunity to relax at the end of my trip. I enjoyed the private pool and the open air concept in the main living areas. Breakfast was delicious, also.

There was really nothing for me to dislike, but others should be aware that the property is a bit off the main road and the way can be a bit rough and muddy in places.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Hama villa in El Nido, Palawan, and I can confidently say that it was a delightful experience. The villa itself was stunning. It was not only spacious but also tastefully decorated, blending modern amenities with a touch of local charm. The cleanliness was impeccable; everything was tidy upon arrival, making it feel like a true home away from home. The amenities provided were top-notch. From a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable living spaces, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The outdoor area was particularly enjoyable, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.

Such a beautiful place, the owner and staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Lots of good tips for places to go eat and drink in el Nido. Would definitely come back 10/10 for us

an independent villa near Lio Beach. if you want privacy and tranquility this is the right place for you. the owners were super helpful and as soon as we arrived at the airport they organized transportation to reach the villa. I will definitely be back.

Nothing. Everything well

Great independent villa with the private pool! We loved it - design, attention to details, fully equipped kitchen, fast internet, everyday cleaning! Since we happened to be in El Nido during the typhoon passing nearby, the island tours were canceled and the beaches too windy and rainy. So we were particularly happy about the villa - we could cook, relax in the pool, play numerous board games. And price quality ratio is excellent. Best choice!

To be transparent we should say that it is in the middle of the local village reachable by a dirt road. But we had a car, so it was not an issue. And it is really close to Lio beach and development area. Another point to consider is- the kitchen, living room and the pool are open air (with the roof), so there are bugs and mosquitoes. Bedrooms are isolated so no problem.

There is nothing that was not to like; everything was amazing! Dimitri went above and beyond with the initial message to the drop off he did for me at the next villa. A digital guide was sent to me and with resort level detail. He even left me with a bottle of wine after a walk through of the brand new villa he helped build! The pool was extraordinary with privacy as well as surrounding areas are secure. Kitchen had refrigerator and many kitchen supplies to cook any meal; drinking water provided. Lighting, fans and AirCon were awesome; towels and linens supplied. the mini bar was fully stocked and also had local crafts and pantry products available. As a streamer, StarLink Internet ran smooth here and I even did a stream out of the 2nd bedroom! Laundry can be picked up and dropped off for additional charge. I missed the 1st 2 nights of booking but the Hama Villa gave so much in the remaining 3 days of the stay. Salamat!

Hard to find something I didn't like. I would say the entrance road but Dimitri is planning on laying down rocks throughout road very soon. Tree trimming/ construction was happening right next door on the last morning of the stay but people need to work.
