"Nice lil house but needs up to date on what is offered and paid for."

Spacious and covered carpet and porch are.
No blowdryer available. Dryer was not vented for use and in the middle of the bedroom unable for use and in the way.

In disbelief I never received a code to the apartment. I tried to call several times. They never answered Orbitz as well. On top of that it was Mardi Gras weekend and couldn’t find a hotel til we got past Beaumont. I’m appalled how everything was handled. I need a refund. I’ve been a loyal customer for around 20 years . The apartment was so misleading with the cute pictures. You should see the neighborhood. The yard was covered in cigarette butts and the trash can was overflowing. I need a refund
