"Dartmouth is a great place to stay and I intend to re-visit."

The location of the house in relation to the facilities of the town, and the parking arrangement.

The heating was a bit mean and I didn't like being invaded by cleaners an hour and a quarter before we were due to vacate. They didn't even knock - they just let themselves in.
