I loved the location and how the space was arranged

The apartment was a bit dusty including the bed and there was some soiled linens. The other side space was a bit unkept so we had to do some cleaning.

Clean and comfortable in a great location! Owners were easy to communicate with and very kind.

This was in the area of downtown that I needed to be close-ish to the Fox Theater. It was easy to get around by foot, bike, and car. The condo was as advertised and had comfy beds and nice space. It was very clean and I loved the back screened balcony for relaxing in the mornings and evenings.

Outside the building has a fair number of unhoused people and so I pretty consistently got asked for money but this is ubiquitous among big cities.

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, well organized and easy check in

Overnight parking was much more expensive than indicated (3rd Party), the location did not feel safe in the evening at all. The heating was either cooking hot or nothing, no in-between settings. Noisy area at night too.
