This hotel, with separate upstairs and downstairs apartments (we rented both), was a great value and was in a good location. The apartments were clean, quite spacious, and had washing machines (plenty of clotheslines for drying) and full kitchens. The beds were comfortable. There were a few small operational glitches, but the owner and his family responded immediately (even though it was late at night) and fixed them. The owner was very helpful and also helped us arrange taxis and travel the following day.

Nothing that wasn't fixed quickly.

Family was very accommodating and friendly. House was comfortable and parking was available inside the gate.

The unit is large, for 2 people since it is 2 BR. Overall space is too big for a couple.

I was ill on the day we were supposed to check in and requested the host to change date. He said property was not available but when we were about to check out- he was trying to convince us to stay one more day for of course additional €80. I wonder why he said it was occupied then changed? He also helped me go to the ER in Dinizli- which he charged me €80. I did not experience or see anything in Pamukkale and felt like my misfortune was preyed upon.

The host was very generous and helpful. The apartment itself is quite spacious and could easily fit seven people. Very walkable to the city Hub and to the travertine Terrace entrance. Host has a lovely garden and his wife is an excellent cook.I would definitely stay here again!

Pressure and being woken up constantly with doorbell and guests downstairs couldn’t relax couldn’t sleep pressure from hosts constant

Happy House 1 and 2 is a very nice double storey Unit situated near the centre of the town. It has a nice outdoor sitting area and plenty of beds inside of a large family. We held 7 people comfortably, but you might be able to fit 8 if you request. The owner is amazing and his family will keep you entertained and fed for the days you are there. I would highly recommend grabbing breakfast each morning, and if you want something smaller than the grand breakfast, ask for a toasted sandwich for takeaway. Their dinner was also well worth it, situated in their family garden. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Pamukkale. Kudos to the host for making this an amazing stay.

It's a typical village sort of accommodation you would find in this part of the Mediterranean. So, just be aware of that. But it looks like the place has been recently renovated, so the pictures do need updating on Booking.com
